Jim Barnoski is an award winning trainer with Sandler Training and has over 20 years of Sales, Management and Training experience.  In the 8 years that he has been a trainer with Sandler, he has worked with a wide range of organizations including, Philips Lighting, Oracle, Microsoft, Konica Minolta Medical, Hess Energy and Merrill Lynch, and has been featured on Voice America Business.

He has helped build, train and restructure sales orgaizations in various industries including information technology, engineering, accounting, publishing, insurance, finance, banking and manufacturing.

As the president of Performance Selling LLC. he has helped hundreds of medium and small businesses as well as entrepreneurs build, grow and upgrade their sales teams and establish selling processes to help them succeed and exceed their business goals.
