I've been attending Sandler Training professional development workshops with Jim Barnoski for a few years now. At first, it was once a year -- 3-hour power sessions on leadership development or recruiting.
Within the last year, I've increased the frequency, including one-on-one sessions, due to my desire to strengthen competencies that make effective leaders.
